All the information on Online Banking is updated in real time except for the following:

  • Once you have linked your new credit card through settings, it will take 24 hours to reflect on Online Banking
  • Credit card transactions will reflect in the statement after 24 hours

The Emirates NBD Digital Store on Online Banking gives you easy access to your accounts, cards, loans, investment products and special offers tailored to you. You can track and view your product applications and service requests made via Online or Mobile Banking through the application tracking page and upload documents for a personal loan application. You'll see all your requests and applications initiated within the last 30 days on this page.

To access the digital store, click on the 'Digital Store' icon on the top of the page once you are logged into Online Banking.

There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to log in to your mobile app:

  • You are not connected to the internet or the signal is not strong enough
  • You may have entered a wrong password more than three times, you can reset it by following these instructions
  • Your web browser is not compatible or it’s not the latest version
  • Your browser cache needs to be cleared
  • You’re logging in from a restricted or sanctioned country
