Use our Mobile Banking to easily update your email address on our records. You can also use an ATM

Why you should keep your email address up-to-date

It’s a good practice to always keep your registered email address up to date so the bank can continue sending you important notifications including your e-statements and transfer and payment receipts. 

You can view your current registered email address on Mobile Banking App by tapping on your profile on the top left corner of the home screen > Personal information > Email.

Yes, you can. You need to visit an ATM or one of our branches to do this. If you are using Mobile Banking and have updated your mobile number in the last 15 days, you need to wait 15 days before you update your email address.

Emirates NBD, like any other bank or financial institution, needs to ask customers for proof of identity before they engage with them. This is to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations and anti-money laundering regulations to limit fraud. It’s important that you keep your personal information on record with us up to date for the same reason.
