All about your credit card statement

Get an e-statement or a paper statement and change your billing period if you need to

Understanding your statement

Your credit card statement is a summary of how you've used your credit card for a billing period. The terms, numbers and percentages on your statement help calculate your total credit card balance. To be a responsible credit card user and avoid ending up in credit card debt, it’s important to understand everything on your statement.

It’s also important to read your credit card statement carefully so you can spot billing errors or transactions and charges that you didn't authorise. Reporting these on time will reduce your liability.

You can choose to get your Emirates NBD credit card statement by email or by post, and change your billing period to suit your needs better at any time.
