What happens to my Nol Auto Top Up plan if I don't have enough available credit limit on my credit card?

Your Nol Auto Top Up will be carried out even if your available credit limit is insufficient, but you'll incur overlimit charges.

Can any Nol Tag ID be used to configure a Nol Auto Top Up plan?

Your Go4it Credit Card comes with a Nol Tag ID linked to it. The Nol Auto Top Up plan can only be activated for this linked Nol Tag ID.

What happens to the Nol balance on my existing Go4it Credit Card when it is replaced?

The Nol balance on your existing Go4it Credit Card will be transferred to your new Go4it Credit Card within 15 working days.

Can the Nol Auto Top Up facility be activated on supplementary credit cards?

Since Go4it supplementary credit cards come with their own unique Nol Tag ID, the supplementary cardholder can request to activate the Nol Auto Top Up facility on their card. Auto top up requests on supplementary credit cards are executed using the credit limit assigned to the supplementary card.

Will I be charged a fee for the card replacement when setting up my Nol Auto Top Up plan?

No, card replacements due to activating, changing or cancelling your Nol Auto Top Up plan are free of charge.
