Why you should keep your mobile number up to date

Keep your mobile number on record with us up to date so you don’t miss any important notifications from us, including transaction notifications on your cards and accounts.

You can view your current registered mobile number on Online Banking by clicking on your profile on the top right corner of the home screen or through Mobile Banking by tapping on your profile on the top left corner of the home screen once you have logged in under Personal information.

Yes, you can. You need to visit an ATM or one of our branches to do this. If you are using Mobile Banking and have updated your mobile number in the last 15 days, you need to wait 15 days before you update your email address.
