Mobile Banking is the easiest way to update your mobile number with us, but you can also use an ATM or visit a branch

Why you should keep your mobile number up to date

Keep your mobile number on record with us up to date so you don’t miss any important notifications from us, including transaction notifications on your cards and accounts.

You can view your current registered mobile number on Online Banking under Settings > My Profile or through Mobile Banking by clicking on your name on the top of the home screen once you have logged in.

Yes, you can. You need to visit an ATM or one of our branches to do this. If you are using Mobile Banking and have updated your mobile number in the last 15 days, you need to wait 15 days before you update your email address.
