Stay digital and free or pay for a paper statement

Your account statement is a summary of all the transactions on your account during a billing period. A statement will not be generated if no transactions happened during the billing period, regardless of the account balance.

You can choose to receive an e-statement on your registered email address, a paper statement on your registered mailing address, or both.

You can also request for an authenticated, stamped statement issued on the bank’s letterhead, for official business or government purposes.
