You can update your address at any time via Online Banking, on our website or at a branch

Why you should keep your address up to date

It’s good practice to always keep your registered address up to date so the bank can continue sending you important notifications. 

You can view your current registered address on Online Banking under settings > My Profile or through Mobile Banking by clicking on your name on the top of the home screen once you have logged in.

Yes, you can. You need to visit an ATM or one of our branches to do this. If you are using Mobile Banking and have updated your mobile number in the last 15 days, you need to wait 15 days before you update your email address.
