You can update your address at any time via Mobile or Online Banking, or on our website

Why you should keep your address up to date

It’s good practice to always keep your registered address up to date so the bank can continue sending you important notifications.

You can view your current registered address through Mobile Banking by tapping on your profile on the top left corner of the home screen > Personal information > Address or Online Banking under settings > My Profile.

Steps to update your address

Choose one of the options below:



Yes, you can. You need to visit an ATM or one of our branches to do this. If you are using Mobile Banking and have updated your mobile number in the last 15 days, you need to wait 15 days before you update your email address.
