No, the Loan on Card facility is available only for primary cardholders.

How is the monthly EMI calculated?

Your monthly EMI will be the sum of the principal amount, interest for the selected tenure, and any applicable processing fee (included only in the first EMI).

Can I cancel my existing Loan on Card?

Yes, you can prepay or foreclose your Loan on Card by calling us on 600 54 0000 (UAE) or +971 600 54 0000 internationally. A foreclosure fee of 1% of the principal outstanding plus 5% VAT will apply.

What happens if I prepay my Loan on Card?

Even if you prepay, your Loan on Card will remain active until you cancel the plan by calling us on 600 54 0000 (UAE) or +971 600 54 0000 internationally. A 1% foreclosure fee plus 5% VAT will be charged on the principal outstanding.

What happens if I miss payments on my Loan on Card?

If you miss payments for two consecutive months, your plan will automatically be foreclosed. The full outstanding balance including a foreclosure fee will be due, and regular finance charges will apply.

What happens if I close my Credit Card while I have a Loan on Card?

Active Loan on Card plans must be foreclosed first and then your credit card cancellation request can be processed. Foreclosure fees will apply.
