See the last 10 dates and times you logged in to your account, including device and IP address used

It’s a good idea to check your login history once in a while to ensure that no one else has had access to your account.

You can view the last 10 times you logged in to Online and Mobile Banking along with details about the device used, IP address, location, date and time. If you see anything unfamiliar, please notify us immediately.

Steps to track your login history

If you come across any suspicious login attempts or multiple failed login attempts that you don’t recognise, report it to us immediately by calling +971 600 54 0000. When prompted, say 'fraud'.
