Important information to be noted before you start:
- If you choose to opt for deferment of your loan installments, please be informed that this can result in the increase of the last instalment amount/the installments post deferment will vary in comparison to the other instalments as per repayment schedule.
- Additionally, the loan tenor set out in the Loan Agreement/schedule may correspondingly increase.
- Please note that you can defer your loan only if the repayment mode is set to 'auto debit'. If this is not the case, or if you're not sure, please call us on +971600540000 and we'll be happy to help. Answers to security questions will be required, so please be ready with your account/loan number and registered mobile number, when you make that call.
- This service under the Deferral Relief Programme is Free of charge.
- Your request will be processed within 4 working days.
- Once done, you will receive an SMS with the details of the request on your registered mobile number.
