Credit card statement request

If you’ve deleted or lost your statement, you can request a duplicate one for up to 1 year using this request.

Before you start

  • You’ll be asked security questions so we can make sure that it’s you. Be prepared with your credit card number and registered mobile number.
  • Your request will be processed immediately. Once you fill in this form, you will receive an SMS with the request details on your registered mobile number and the duplicate statement will be sent on your registered email address.
