International Outward Remittance Complaint

Fill in your details and we’ll investigate why your beneficiary has not yet received your transfer or has received a lower amount than expected.

Before you start

  • You’ll be asked security questions so we can make sure that it’s you. Be prepared with your account number and registered mobile number.
  • Please keep your transfer details at hand to complete this form.
  • While we’re committed to resolving your service request as quickly as possible, if your request involves other banks and institutions, it can take up to 15 working days for local transfers and up to 19 working days or more for international.

International transfers: Requests received before 2 pm, Monday to Saturday will be processed the same working day. Otherwise, they will be processed the next working day at rates applicable during the time of processing.

Your transfers on time are subject to availability of funds and accuracy of details.
