Noon Credits can be redeemed at any of the noon platforms

Welcome a world of rewards with your noon One Credit Card. You can redeem your noon Credits at any of the noon platforms – noon Food, noon Minutes, nownow, noon / Namshi / SIVVI.

Once your noon credits have been credited to your noon account, you can log in to your account either through the noon App or website to redeem them.

Your noon Credits will be valid for a maximum period of 5 years from the date of accrual.

How do I get a noon account?

All customers who qualify to receive the noon one Visa Credit Card will have to create a noon account and add their card at checkout to start earning benefits (free one year noon One membership as well as noon credits).
If you already have an account and same email address is given at time of card enrolment, then the existing noon account will be linked to the card and customer will start earning noon credits linked to that account.
If a different email address is given at time of card enrolment, then the email address given at time of enrolment will start earning the noon credits and to transfer noon credits customer will have to write us at [email protected]

How long are noon Credits valid for?

noon Credits have an expiry period of 5 years from the date of credit.

Can I apply for an Emirates NBD Credit Card if I don't have an account with the bank?

Yes, you can.

Do all transactions on my credit card earn noon Credits?

Only retail spends earn you Points. Loans on your card, cash advances, bank fees and charges, balance transfers etc. don’t earn Points.IPP transactions are eligible for earning noon cashback

What happens to the noon Credits earned on my supplementary credit card?

Any Points earned on your supplementary credit card will be transferred to the noon account linked to the primary credit card.

Will I lose the noon Credits I have earned if my card is replaced?

No, you won't lose your rewards, they'll just be transferred to your new Emirates NBD card.
