Your Emirates NBD Mastercard Platinum and LuLu 247 Mastercard Platinum Credit Card comes with the benefit of a purchase protection plan against theft or accidental damages.

These Mastercards provide you with:

Protection in case of theft or accidental damage up to 180 days from the date of purchase
Cover up to USD 2,000 per claim and a maximum of USD 5,000 over a 12-month period
In case of damage, you can either get a new item to replace the damaged one or receive compensation for the item’s total value, as per the store policy.

To complete your claim, you must provide:

A complete filled up claim form
Copy of your purchase receipts showing payment of item purchased under your name
Copy of police report within 30 days of theft
Any other documents required by Mastercard
