Do supplementary cardholders get airport lounge access as well?

Yes, supplementary cardholders get the same airport lounge access benefits as the primary cardholder once they register their details on the Visa Airport Companion App. They will need to meet the international USD 1 spend requirement to activate lounge access and complete the spend 10 days before visiting the lounge.

Is airport lounge access free of charge for children?

Free access for children varies by lounge. Please check the terms and conditions of the lounge you intend to visit.

What should I do if I’m declined entry to a lounge?

If your card is eligible for complimentary access to a particular lounge and you are denied entry, please call +971 600 54 0000 and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I still use my physical card to access the lounge as before?

No, you won't be able to access lounges using your physical Visa card. To enjoy lounge access, please register on the Visa Airport Companion App prior to your visit.

Can I access the lounge if I don't have Wi-Fi or mobile data?

Yes, you can enable offline access through your device’s biometrics. Upon registration, you will be prompted to enable offline access, however this must be completed while the App is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data. This feature can also be managed in the 'Account' section under 'Security'. When offline, you will see a prompt on the login page to view your membership without internet. Confirm using your biometrics to proceed.
