Abu Dhabi FX Customer Terms and Conditions:

These terms and conditions (“Campaign Terms”) govern the Abu Dhabi FX customer campaign (“Campaign”) by Emirates NBD Bank (P.J.S.C) (“Bank”).

In addition to Campaign Terms, this Campaign shall also be subject to the Bank’s General Terms and Conditions for Consumer Banking Products available on the Bank’s website, as may be amended from time to time (“Emirates NBD GTC”). If there is any conflict between these Campaign Terms and the Emirates NBD GTC, these Campaign Terms shall prevail, to the extent it relates to this campaign.

Campaign:

In accordance with these Campaign Terms, the Bank will be rewarding eligible customers with cash back and entry into a reward winning draw to win cash.

The Campaign shall begin from 15^th October and will continue for 2 months up until 14^th December 2024 (“Campaign Period”).

Promotion Eligibility Criteria:

The first 10 daily successful FX transfers of AED 2,000 or equivalent during the Campaign Period will get a cash back of AED 200 (“Daily Winners”).
Any Customer sending a cumulative value of AED 3,500 throughout the Campaign Period shall qualify for the reward-winning draw of AED 3,500.
Every additional amount of AED 1,000 will entitle the customer to one extra entry in the reward-winning draw.
The customer must be holding an active Current or Saving account with the Bank at the time the reward/cash back being delivered.

Mechanics and Fulfilment:

The first 10 customers to successfully perform FX transfers during each calendar day (starting 08:00:00am) during the campaign Period, shall be eligible and deemed Daily Winners. For the avoidance of doubt, the transaction time recorded shall be as per the Bank’s internal records.
Winners will be selected via randomizer following the Campaign Period and winners will be announced on or before 31st January 2025.
The Bank’s decision on the winning customers is final and shall not be challenged by any customer.
The Bank will notify the winning customers at or after the end of each reward winning draw by sending them a notice to their registered email or contact details maintained with the Bank.
The Bank’s employees, board member and their spouse and children, are not eligible for entry into the reward winning draws.
The Bank is entitled to change the form or amount of the reward/cash back and/or the method in which reward/cash back is awarded to the wining customer at any time at its sole discretion.
The winning customer will bear any, and all charges, costs, expenses and taxes relating to or connected with the draw, the reward, and/or the disbursement or receipt of the reward/cash back.
The Bank reserves the right to disqualify a customer at any time from the reward winning draw or as a winning customer at its sole discretion and without notice.
All charges, commissions and fees are exclusive of Value Added Tax or any other similar sales tax (VAT). The customer hereby agrees to pay an amount in respect of any applicable VAT.

Miscellaneous:

Reward/cashback may be forfeited, or customers holding eligible accounts may be disqualified from participation in the Campaign, if the Bank has sufficient grounds to believe that any such customer winner has violated any laws or regulations applicable in the UAE.
The reward/cashback featured in all printed materials and/or website of the Bank are shown for illustrative purposes only. The Bank reserves the right to amend, withdraw or change the specifications of the reward/cashback, at its sole discretion with notice to customers, subject to applicable laws/regulations.
These Campaign Terms are subject to change, addition or amendment, at the sole discretion of the Bank with notice to customers, in accordance with applicable laws/regulations.
The Bank may alter the Campaign Period at its sole discretion in accordance with applicable laws/regulations.
This Campaign is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, campaign or offer of the Bank.
All decisions of the Bank relating to the Campaign, are at its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
The Bank may from time to time, in its sole discretion, amend and/or vary the features of the Campaign, as well as these Campaign Terms. Such amendment/variation may involve the following:
- limiting or changing the value of reward/cashback under the Campaign and/or the manner of their redemption;
- The Bank accepts no liability for any such amendment and/or variation.

These Promotion Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from them, including in relation to interpretation or execution, shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Applicable Emirate (as defined in the Emirates NBD GTCs). Provided that, the Bank may bring proceedings in any other jurisdiction (inside or outside the UAE) if it deems appropriate in accordance with the Emirates NBD GTCs.
