Get started

Once you've downloaded the Amazon Alexa app, you can enable the Emirates NBD Skill.

Enable the skill
Open Amazon Alexa App and sign in. Click on “Discover Skills & Games” then search for “Emirates NBD” then click “Launch”

Link your account
Enter your Emirates NBD Mobile/Online Banking username and password. Accept the Terms & Conditions. Set up your Voice Code (For security, please avoid using your ATM or Smart Pass PIN).

Talk to Alexa
Now you can talk to Alexa about your Emirates NBD account(s) by saying "Alexa, Open Emirates NBD" to initiate the skill.
