FAQs

No, but there is an add-on card which can be issued only along with the primary card. This acts as a mirror/duplicate card. Add-on cards can only be requested during card issuance. If you require an add-on card after your card has been issued, you’ll need to cancel your existing card and apply for a new one.

Please visit any of our branches to cancel your card. Once the card is cancelled, you can receive the remaining balance as cash or as credit to your AED account.

The digital Emirates NBD GlobalCash Card is valid for 5 years. Any cash still on it will be forfeited. The card can be used anywhere – in stores, at ATMs and online. Read more about the card here.

Please call +971 600 540000 and have the following details at hand: the machine ID, location, amount, time, date, GlobalCash card number, your Emirates NBD or Emirates Islamic Bank account.

If you don’t have accounts at these banks, mention the bank and branch from where you would like to collect the money.
