How to make a claim

For assistance in submitting a claim under this policy, please contact ADNIC.

- 1. Claim and policy information should be raised with at 800 8040 or service-emiratesnbd@adnic.ae
- 2. Death and Disability claims must be reported within 365 days of the event with a complete claim form to lifeclaims@adnic.ae
Upon receipt of claim notification, ADNIC would register the claim, allocate and advise a claim number and required documents to the customer
