Why you should keep your landline number up to date

Keep your home and work number updated with us so we can contact you in case we can’t reach out to you by mobile.

You can view your current home and work number through Online Banking by clicking on your Profile > Personal information or through Mobile Banking by tapping on your profile on the top left side of the home screen once you have logged in under Personal information.


Update your number now



Yes, you can. While you can only update your email address on ATM, you need to visit one of our branches to do this. If you are using Mobile Banking and have updated your landline number in the last 15 days, you need to wait 15 days before you update your email address.
