Redeeming Plus Points

Q: How long are Plus Points valid for?

Plus Points do not expire as long as you have an active Emirates NBD card. Once redeemed for Frequent Flyer Miles, the terms and conditions of the relevant frequent flyer programme apply.

Q: Can a supplementary credit card holder redeem any points they have earned?

No. Redemption requests can only be placed by the primary credit card holder using the primary credit card.

Q: Is a cashback redemption considered as a payment towards my credit card?

Yes. If auto debits are active on your card, redeem your points at least 24 hours before the due date. Otherwise, the full auto debit amount will be debited from your account and the cashback will go towards your next payment.

Access dining, entertainment and exclusive experiences using your Plus Points at a conversion rate of 1 Plus Point = AED 0.75.

Gift Cards

Redeem your Plus Points instantly for digital gift cards across partner brands at a conversion rate of 1 Plus Point = AED 0.75.

Apple Shop

Redeem your Plus Points across a wide range of Apple products available on the Rewards Hub at a conversion rate of 1 Plus Point = AED 0.75

Points Transfer

Transfer your Plus Points to selected airlines and loyalty partners directly through the Rewards Hub.

Steps to redeem your Plus Points on Rewards Hub

Log in to ENBD X
Navigate to Rewards Hub
Select your preferred redemption category (e.g. Flights, Hotels, Gift Cards, Apple Shop, Transfer Points)
Browse and choose from the available options
Select the number of points you’d like to redeem and submit your request

Instant redemption

Redeem your Plus Points directly against purchases you make at participating stores at a conversion rate of
1 Plus Point = 1 AED.

Steps to redeem your Plus Points against purchases:

While making your purchase, inform the cashier that you would like to redeem your Plus Points
Let the cashier know the number of points you would like to redeem

The transaction slip will contain a summary of the points you redeemed.

For partial redemptions: Upon swiping the card for transaction, the POS machine will prompt to debit from the card and redeem the points in single transaction.

Nol top up

Redeem your Plus Points for a Nol top up at a conversion rate of 1 Plus Point = 1 AED. To do this, your card must be active, and you must have at least 20 points.

A maximum of 5,000 Plus Points can be redeemed at once towards Nol cards linked to a Go4it credit card. For other RTA Nol cards, a maximum of 1,000 Plus Points can be redeemed at once.

There are two ways to redeem your Plus Points for NoL top up::

Frequent Flyer Miles

Redeem you Plus Points for Miles on Emirates Skywards and Etihad Guest. You must have a minimum of 500 points.

Use your Plus Points to pay your credit card bill at a conversion rate of 1 Plus Point = 0.75 AED. You must have a minimum of 500 Plus Points and a credit card outstanding of at least AED 375 to redeem your points for cashback.

Donating your Plus Points

You can donate your Plus Points to support the Emirates Humanitarian Fund at a conversion rate of 1 Plus Point = 1 AED.

Paying education fees

Use your Plus Points to pay university or school fees at a conversion rate of 1 Plus Point = 1 AED. You must have a minimum of 100 points to do this.

Steps to redeem your Plus Points for education fees:

Pay your education fees in full using your credit card
Once the payment is processed, request Plus Points redemption (you can also offset a partial amount of the fee)

Once your request is processed, you'll be notified via SMS and your points will be credited as payment to your credit card within 7 working days. This will reflect on your next statement.
