As the primary cardholder, you can redeem your UPoints instantly at any participating merchant at the Emaar Mall Group, Emaar Hospitality Group, Emaar Entertainment group or any other Emaar entity.

The points will be redeemed at a conversion rate of 10 UPoints = 1 AED.

While making your purchase with your card, inform the cashier that you would like to redeem your UPoints
Let the cashier know the number of points you would like to redeem and complete your transaction
The transaction slip will contain a summary of the points you redeemed

Can a supplementary credit card holder redeem any points they have earned?

Redemption requests can only be placed by the primary credit card holder using the primary credit card.
