The amount to be paid every month "Equated Monthly Instalment (EMI)" will be computed by dividing the Total CCIP Price by the CCIP Term. The Total CCIP Price is arrived by adding the Purchase Price of the goods or services and the interest charges for the CCIP Term (if applicable).
CCIP Monthly Instalments shall be billed to you starting from the following statement date after the date of purchase and every month thereafter until the Total CCIP Price is billed in full.
When you make a purchase(s) under the CCIP, the Monthly Minimum Due on the statement will be the sum of the CCIP Monthly Instalment(s) plus all other outstanding transactions multiplied by the required payment percentage determined by Emirates NBD which you will be notified of, plus any excess amounts over the credit limit and all past due amounts (if any).
The flexibility of reducing or increasing the tenure of an existing 0% Instalment Payment Plan is not available.
If you pay less than the Monthly Minimum Due on the due date specified in the card member's credit card monthly statement then charges as per the existing Emirates NBD Credit Card Terms and Conditions governing the issue will apply. If in the case you are unable to make the payment, any existing CCIP transactions will be converted to a revolving interest bearing transaction.
If the card is closed while a transaction is still under CCIP, the CCIP will cease to exist and the unbilled amount of the CCIP will be billed to you. The entire outstanding amount shall immediately become due and payable by you, and the Bank shall have the right to demand an immediate payment at its discretion.

The Balance conversion facility is to repay your Credit Card statement outstanding balance in an installment payment plan.
This program is available for all Credit card holders with a minimum Retail Outstanding balance of AED 1000.
Balance Conversion is a flexible payment plan that allows you to repay your credit card outstanding balance in equal monthly installments at a nominal interest rate. You can choose to repay from a 3 to 48 months installment plan.
You can avail this program at zero processing fees. However there is a flat monthly interest rate that will be applicable on the total converted amount.

Upon your request, your Balance Conversion can be processed instantly.
You can choose to repay your Balance Conversion installment amount for 3, 6, 12, 18, 24, 36 or 48 months.
To avail our Balance Conversion program, you need to have a minimum Credit card outstanding balance of AED 1000.
A monthly installment has to be paid as per the Balance Conversion payment plan. In case you miss to repay your installment for two consecutive months, your plan is automatically foreclosed. The remaining outstanding amount will then attract the normal finance charges.
You can choose to amend your Balance Conversion plan, however this will attract a foreclosure fee of AED 250. Then your remaining outstanding can be re-booked for the plan required.
Credit Card e-Statement is an electronic version of your Credit Card Statement. This statement is delivered to you to your email address in the same frequency of your paper statement. You can view, save or print your statement right from your computer.

Your Credit Card e-Statement is delivered to the email address specified by you. Credit Card e-Statements are created in PDF format, which is the standard format of files exchanged via emails or uploaded on the Internet. This format does not allow content to be edited and re-produced. In addition, your e-Statement is password protected for financial information.
Credit Card e-Statement has the same frequency as your paper statement.

Finance Charges means the charges billed to the Card Account if the Total Amount Due of the previous month's Statement of Account is not paid in full by the Payment Due Date noted in the Statement of Account.
The Finance Charges are calculated on (an average) daily basis and will be billed to the Card Account if the Total Amount Due is not paid by the Payment Due Date (even if the Minimum Amount Due has been paid by the Payment Due Date). Finance Charges are subject to increase by a percentage as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion from time to time in case the Cardholder is one or more payments overdue.
The amount due for payment is reflected in your Credit Card Statement as Total Payment Due. However, you can choose to pay just the Minimum Payment Due.
Minimum Payment Due means the amount you need to pay on or before the Payment Due Date to avoid any Late Payment Fees. The minimum amount to be paid every month is 5% of the Current Balance or AED 100/- whichever is higher. If you only pay the Minimum Amount Due, the remaining balance will be carried over to the next statement with the applicable finance charges.
You can get cash advances totaling up to 50% of your credit limit. You can avail cash advance facility through ATM machines. Online Banking and Mobile Banking platform. Cash Advance Fee is applicable for availing this facility. You may enroll up to 5 supplementary cardholder. You and your supplementary cardholders will share a single credit limit.
If your card account balance exceeds the assigned credit limit, over limit fee is charged. Such fee will be billed once during the billing cycle.

"Lifestyle Protector Insurance" covers all Platinum, Titanium, Infinite, Silver, and Gold credit cards.
"Lifestyle Protector Insurance", is a unique protection plan that the primary credit card holder can opt for on his Emirates NBD credit card, to cover the family's regular expenses in case of death due to accident or permanent total disablement of the primary card holder.
"Lifestyle Protector Insurance" Cover is applicable for all UAE residents from the age of 18 up until 65 years.
Only primary card holders are eligible for the "Lifestyle Protector Insurance" cover.
"Lifestyle Protector Insurance" covers regular expenses like Utility bills, House Rent, School fees, Grocery bills, shipping of personal belongings, Repatriation expenses, as per limits defined in the policy.
There are two plans that are offered under the "Lifestyle Protector Insurance" cover.
Under the Platinum & Infinite plan, Accidental Death and Permanent Disability coverage is offered to a maximum up to AED 250,000 and under the Silver/ Gold / Titanium coverage is offered up to AED 150,000 or 12 times the average of last three statements current balance (whichever is lower) for both the plans.
For the other benefits under Platinum & Infinite plan – the maximum limit is AED 78,700 and under Silver/ Gold / Titanium the maximum limit is AED 33,250.
The premium payment will be on a monthly basis; 0.99% of the current balance at billing frequency of the credit card. For e.g. in case the outstanding is AED 1000, the premium charged will be AED 9.90 only. In the event the outstanding balance is zero then no premium applies.
The cover will commence once the premium has been debited from his/her credit card and the customer is enrolled in the plan.
At the time of enrollment for "Lifestyle Protector Insurance" cover, you are not required to provide any documents for enrollment. Go4it Cardholders & Manchester United credit card are provided the cover by default on the credit card. For other products, customers can be enrolled over the phone.
Under the "Lifestyle Protector Insurance", the insured can cancel his policy by calling Emirates NBD call center. There is no refund facility available for the customer if he cancels his current or previous month's premium. Once the customer opts out he/she will not be able to enroll in the insurance plan at all.

Yes, the coverage is valid worldwide except in respect of Involuntary Loss of employment (ILOE), Hospital Cash Benefit which are limited to the UAE.
Please call us on 600 54 0000 within the first 2 of months activation to opt out of Protect Plus. However, once you opt out, you will not be eligible to enroll again.
The minimum age is 18 years old and the maximum is 69 years for death and total disablement, and 59 years for Critical Illness and Involuntary Loss of Employment.
No, the cover is applicable only on Primary card holders. Supplementary cardholders are not covered.
The following ailments are covered under Critical Illness:
In case of job loss (Involuntary Loss of Employment) the benefits shall be paid only if the date of the event falls after 120 days from enrollment date of the offer. However, if you have had the policy cover for more than 120 days and then had to lose job, you can apply for a claim.
Please note that you need to be a permanent employee and has completed minimum of 6 months with the same employer in order to claim under this benefit.
Other than job loss cover (ILOE), Hospital Cash and Critical Illness benefits, you can claim under all other benefits immediately upon enrolling into the offer.

The exchange rate applied is set on a daily basis by VISA or MasterCard depending on the type of Emirates NBD card you have.
Some retail merchants have Dynamic Currency Conversion built into their card acceptance system. This allows them to offer you a choice of paying the bill in UAE Dirhams or the local currency.
It is recommended to avoid Dynamic Currency Conversion and pay your bill in local currency as higher margin and charges are typically applied by the retailers if you opt to convert your transactions to UAE Dirhams.
By paying in local currency you can have clarity as to what rates and charges will be charged to your account. The exchange rate used will be that determined by VISA or MasterCard depending on the type of Emirates NBD card you have. Foreign Currency transaction fee as indicated in our schedule of fees & charges will be applicable for all non-AED transactions.

However, we strongly advise to keep your registered mobile number active even when you travel abroad to ensure you receive SMS alerts for every transaction on your card. We will continue to monitor your card for any unusual transactions whilst you're abroad. We'll contact you if we detect unusual activity. If you keep your mobile phone with you, you'll be able to confirm genuine transactions as soon as we contact you.

The Webshopper Credit Card is designed to be used for purchases on the Internet. On approval of your application, you will be issued a Webshopper Credit Card with a card number, expiry date and a Card Validation Code, which are required for completing online transactions.
The Webshopper Credit Card can be used for making purchases on the Internet only. Please bear in-mind that you will not be able to use it for purchases done through Point of Sale Machines and manual imprinters in shops or to withdraw cash at ATMs.
You can use your Webshopper Credit Card by entering your card number, expiry date and in some cases the Card Validation Code (some sites might require it) to conclude your shopping transaction/s for the items you selected to purchase on the site.
For websites where a name is required, simply enter the same name as mentioned on your application form. The same will be applicable for supplementary Webshopper Cardholders as well.
This is a unique number given to all Emirates NBD Webshopper Credit Card members to complete the financial transactions on the Internet and is printed on the face of the Webshopper Credit Card.
Your Webshopper Credit Card is not linked to any other card and hence can be used even after your other cards have been closed.
The Webshopper Credit Card does not bear the magnetic strip because it has been designed only for Internet and other purchases where physical presentment of the card is not required. This provides added security as it cannot be misused at Point of Sale Machines or ATMs by anyone.
In case your Webshopper Credit Card is lost or stolen, please call us immediately on 600 54 0000. We will block your credit card and issue a new credit card for you at a nominal charge. You don't need a PIN as you can't withdraw cash with your Webshopper Credit Card. You can register your Webshopper Credit Card for Internet Banking and have access to view your Webshopper Credit Card transactions.
Your data on the Webshopper Credit Card is printed and not embossed so it cannot be used on manual Point of Sale Machines.
Your Webshopper Credit Card is not active upon receiving it till you activate it by calling Emirates NBD on 600 54 0000.
The credit limit assigned for the Webshopper Credit Card is low to ensure that your risk is limited.
You are automatically subscribed for SMS alerts for every transaction made on the Webshopper Credit Card, so you can keep track of all your purchases.
You have several convenient options to make payments towards your Emirates NBD Webshopper Credit Card.

If you choose to pay your entire outstanding amount by the Payment Due Date, you pay no finance charge on purchases made through your Webshopper Credit Card. If you make the payment in part, finance charge at the rate determined by the Bank shall be charged on online transactions from the date the transaction was posted to the account till the time the payment was made.
