To pay with your watch:
You will be prompted to enter your passcode every 24 hours or after every time you put the watch back on after taking it off.
NOTE: If you enter your passcode incorrectly three times, your wallet locks, and you must reset your passcode in the Garmin Connect Mobile app.
You can view up to 10 most recent transaction records in the Garmin Connect Mobile app. You will be able to see all transactions through the respective card statement in the Mobile Banking app.
You can view detailed information about each of your payment cards, and you can activate, deactivate, or delete a card.
Changing Garmin Pay Passcode
You must know your current passcode to change it. Your passcode cannot be recovered. If you forget your passcode, you must delete your wallet, create a new one, and reenter your card information. You can change the passcode required to access your Garmin Pay wallet on your device.
Suspending or Deleting Your Garmin Pay Wallet
You can temporarily suspend or completely delete your Garmin Pay wallet.
You don't need to have your phone nearby to use Garmin Pay. After you set up Garmin Pay, you can make payments from your watch and leave your phone at home.

If your card is lost or stolen, please call Emirates NBD immediately on +971 600 54 0000 to report the same so we can block the card and replace it. After we block your card you will not be able to use Garmin Pay. Since the payment cards on Garmin Pay are digital versions of your physical payment cards, you need to remove the original payment card from Garmin Pay and register the replacement card. Please remember that you will remain liable for all transactions on your card until the time of reporting the loss to the bank. Please refer to the terms and conditions of card use on our website.
If your watch is lost or stolen you can still suspend or delete your wallet from Garmin Connect Mobile on your phone. These options are available on the Garmin Pay main menu and can be selected without the watch being connected. The suspend wallet option deactivates all cards in your wallet and the delete wallet option deletes all cards in your wallet.
If your watch and phone are lost or stolen, please call Emirates NBD immediately on +971 600 54 0000 to report the same so we can block the card and replace it. After we block your card you will not be able to use Garmin Pay. All data on your watch should be deleted before selling/giving away your device. You should also delete all cards you have added to Garmin Pay. You should also remove your card if you temporarily provide your device to someone else; for example if you need it repaired. If you replace or update your device, you will need to add your card(s) to Garmin Pay again.
Removing cards from Garmin Pay will have no effect on your physical cards. You can continue to use your physical cards as you normally would. You can add your credit and debit cards back into Garmin Pay at any time.
Yes, you can. Follow the same steps to add her Supplementary Card into Garmin Pay but please note that since your mobile is registered to our system, you need to share Authentication code with her to verify the card. Once added, she can use her watch to make payments with her supplementary card.
In the event you are asked to provide the last 4 digits of the card when you make a Garmin Pay transaction, you should provide the merchant with the last 4 digits of the virtual account number or token, as that was the account number used in the purchase.
To return something you bought with Garmin Pay you'll need your store receipt, just like you would for any other purchase. If the merchant asks you to swipe your card, simply hold your watch to the contactless payment terminal. For some returns, you might have to provide the last 4 digits of your virtual account number.
The card image may not be an exact match. Keep in mind this doesn't affect how your cards work with Garmin Pay.
