I can’t download ENBD X mobile app. What should I do?

Check your internet connection: Ensure you're connected to a strong and stable network. For best results, use a reliable Wi-Fi network (avoid corporate or public Wi-Fi) or try using mobile data
Free up storage space: Make sure you have enough space available on the device to download and install ENBD X
Disable any VPNs: Ensure there is no active VPN on your device
Check your device's software version: Make sure your phone’s operating system (Android or iOS) is compatible with the latest version of ENBD X (recommended for Android version 8.1 and above, and Apple iOS 14.0 and above)

I can’t log in to my ENBD X mobile app. What should I do?

Device security: Make sure your device isn’t rooted or jailbroken, as this could cause login issues
Check your internet connection: Ensure you're connected to a strong and stable network. For best results, use a reliable Wi-Fi network (avoid corporate or public Wi-Fi) or try using mobile data
Disable any VPNs: Ensure there is no active VPN on your device
Set date and time to automatic: Ensure your device’s date and time settings are set to automatic
Still can’t log in: If you've checked everything above and are still having trouble, try resetting your login credentials including username and/or password

I registered for Online Banking and Mobile Banking using my credit card. If I apply for other bank products, will I see them when I log in?

If you’ve registered for Mobile Banking and/or Online Banking using your credit card, when you apply for additional products, all your active Emirates NBD products will automatically appear when you log in. If you are unable to view any of your active products, please call us at +971600540000.

What is the difference between registering with an account and registering with a credit card?

When you register with your bank account or debit card, you will gain access to a detailed overview of all banking products in your profile, along with our complete range of online and mobile banking services.

When you register with your credit card, you will have access only to the information and services related to your credit card.

How can I change the app language on ENBD X?

The ENBD X app is available in both English and Arabic. You can follow the below steps to switch the app language:

Log in to ENBD X app on your device
Tap on your profile picture
Select “Preferences”
Select “App Language” and choose Arabic or English from the options
Confirm your selection, and the app will restart in your chosen language
