Your Emirates NBD Mastercard Platinum and LuLu 247 Mastercard Platinum Credit Card comes with the benefit of a purchase protection plan against theft or accidental damages.

These Mastercards provide you with:

  • Protection in case of theft or accidental damage up to 180 days from the date of purchase
  • Cover up to USD 2,000 per claim and a maximum of USD 5,000 over a 12-month period
  • In case of damage, you can either get a new item to replace the damaged one or receive compensation for the item’s total value, as per the store policy.

Redeem a claim

To complete your claim, you must provide:

  • A complete filled up claim form
  • Copy of your purchase receipts showing payment of item purchased under your name
  • Copy of police report within 30 days of theft
  • Any other documents required by Mastercard

Yes, primary and secondary cardholders on the same account can file a claim. This is limited to the annual aggregate limit of the primary cardholder.
