They may ask you to share your screen, install a software or follow instructions that allow them to view your personal or banking information and gain unauthorised access to your accounts.

To help keep your accounts secure:

Never share your screen during calls relating to your banking or personal information.
Do not install softwares or grant remote access at someone else’s request.
Never share your Online Banking credentials, card details or One-Time Passwords (OTPs).
End the call immediately if you are asked to perform unusual actions or feel pressured.
