Customer Journey:
1) Service Request: Customer submits a service request through NexAuto’s Mobile User Interface, WhatsApp, phone, or partner portal
2) Car Pick-Up: NexAuto’s logistics team collects the vehicle from the customer’s preferred location (Home, Office, Airport and more) and dispatches it to the nearest certified service center based on the vehicle’s make and requirements
3) Car Diagnosis: A NexAuto Quality Engineer performs a detailed inspection and diagnostic test at the service center to accurately identify required maintenance or repairs
4) Quotation & Approval: The customer receives a transparent quotation for approval covering parts sourced and managed by NexAuto, labour costs, and recommended services; Work proceeds only after customer confirmation
5) Service Execution: Approved work is carried out by certified technicians and fully supervised by NexAuto Quality Engineers to ensure adherence to NexAuto’s service and safety standards
6) Quality Check: A comprehensive final inspection is conducted to verify that all services meet NexAuto’s quality benchmarks and operational standards
7) Car Delivery: The vehicle is washed, prepared, and delivered back to the customer along with a 6-month service warranty for added peace of mind
