Tanfeeth's 10th anniversary and Diamond win celebrated with virtual live event

Tanfeeth celebrated its 10th Anniversary and Diamond GEM Award win in a virtual live event on Wednesday, 7 September 2022. The event was hosted by Maher Al Rashdi - Assistant Manager, Account Maintenance and Projects Manager, Tanfeeth (RAS & PCS - Account Maintenance) and Shazia Parves - Manager, Call Center Operations, EICCO Inbound.

Keeping the health and safety of Tanfeeth employees in mind, the virtual event was a success, fostering camaraderie, creating a sense of community, and promoting our Tanfeeth value of ‘We are One’ as an entire organization. The virtual live celebration was able to bridge the gap between our remote employees and those working from other locations, enabling them to feel more connected with more than 2000 employees in attendance.

Tanfeeth was honored to welcome Hesham Al Qassim - Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Emirates NBD Group, Shayne Nelson, Group CEO, and Abdulla Qassem, Emirates NBD Group Chief Operating Officer and Tanfeeth Chairman who all shared kind words about Tanfeeth and its journey, employees and accomplishments over the past ten years.

Along with our esteemed guests, Tanfeeth Executive Committee including Maryam Bahlooq – CEO, Tanfeeth, Kazim Jessa – Chief Voice Operations Officer, Tanfeeth, Steve Thompson – Chief Operating Officer, Tanfeeth and Fatima Abdulrahman – Chief Human Resource Officer, Tanfeeth, all shared fond memories of their time working with Tanfeeth, the milestones we have achieved thanks to our wonderful employees, and our willingness to strive forward for another successful ten years and beyond.

The 10th Birthday and Diamond Celebration was more than just a virtual event. In the week leading up to the celebration, an LED wall was set up in the Tanfeeth Meydan Offices where employees were invited to take selfies and register themselves for Tanfeeth’s Biggest Birthday Giveaway. Congratulations to all our 35 giveaway prize winners and we are pleased to share that all Tanfeeth staff will be receiving VOX Premium movie tickets as a thank you gift from our Executive Committee.
