CVOO Offsite 2024 - Strategic Collaboration With Emirates NBD Leaders

The Tanfeeth 2024 CVOO Offsite was a day where leaders from Emirates NBD Group; experts in their respective fields, shared valuable insights on how their areas of expertise can enhance and support our Call Centre, the backbone of our business.

The day kicked off with a warm welcome from the host, Fatima Abdulrahman, the new Chief Voice Operations Officer, followed by Maryam Bahlooq – CEO, Tanfeeth, who delivered a short but empowering speech, setting the stage for a day of learning and growth.

The event featured a lineup of esteemed guest speakers, each bringing a unique perspective to the table. Marwan Hadi - Group Head of Retail Banking and Wealth Management, shared a motivating message through video, while Miguel Rio Tinto - Group Chief Information Officer and Digital Officer, and Pedro Cardoso - Chief Digital Officer, shed light on the digital transformation journey ahead.

Vikram Sandhu – Group Head of Digital Transformation, delved into the world of data-driven decision-making, while Ray Richardson and Nidhi Batra from the Advanced Analytics team provided valuable insights into the company's digital investments.

The importance of People and Human Resources strategy was highlighted by Mohammad Rashed - Chief HR Officer, Tanfeeth, who also shared the importance of the seven frameworks to add the rigor that was lost during COVID-19.

Asma Beljaflah - Head of Emirates Islamic Contact Centre Operations, emphasised the significance of customer empathy in driving business success by sharing a powerful phone call. The day was interspersed with interactive breakout sessions, allowing participants to engage in meaningful discussions and share their insights.

The afternoon brought more special guests, including Mohammad Al Hadi, Acting Head of Retail Banking and Wealth Management, who shared leadership insights and Emirates Islamic’s 2024 strategy, adding a fresh perspective to the conversation.

Manoj Chawla - Group Risk Officer was the esteemed guest of the event, shared his experience in Risk Management, operational strategy, and people all go hand in hand. A perfect segway for Graeme Peake - Chief Operating Officer, Tanfeeth, and Rashmi Ganguli – Head of Retail Credit Operations, Tanfeeth, who also shared their strategy to bridge the gap this year among all our units to provide accelerate customer experience.

In her closing remarks, Fatima Abdulrahman expressed gratitude to all participants for their contributions and highlighted the success of the event in fostering collaboration and innovation within Tanfeeth in 2024.
