Dubai Residents

Open the Dubai Police App
Go to Services and select To Whom It May Concern Certificate
Enter your Emirates ID & email or log in with UAE Pass
Fill in the details choose Natural Disasters, type Rain and attach pictures of your vehicle.
Proceed with the payment of AED 95
Within 10-15 minutes, you will receive an email with the Natural Disaster Certificate, which can be provided to your insurance company.
