Enable Smart Touch and Face ID

Access your account through mobile banking easily without having to enter your username and password every time by enabling our secure Smart Touch and Face ID.

Follow these simple steps to enable Smart Touch and Face ID instantly:

  • Log in to Mobile Banking
  • Click on the hamburger icon on the top left of the app
  • Under Security Center, answer your secret questions
  • Click on Enable Smart Touch/Face ID and select the service you want to enable it for
    • Smart Touch or Face ID for Login allows you to log in to Mobile Banking without having to enter your username and password
    • Smart Touch or Face ID for Favorite Account allows you to view details about your favorite account without having to log in to Mobile Banking
    • Smart Touch or Face ID for Smart Pass allows you to authorize Online and Mobile Banking transactions or generate Smart Pass tokens without having to enter your Smart Pass PIN
  • Accept the terms and conditions and click Continue
  • Authorise the change with Smart Pass or the SMS authentication code sent to your registered mobile number

    Note: To enable Smart Touch or Face ID for Smart Pass you will need to have it enabled for login first.

    The switch button indicates that you have Smart Touch enabled for a particular service. If you would like to disable Smart Touch, just tap the switch button to disable.
