Personalize your ENBD X dashboard

Whether it’s adding a nickname to your account/ profile or adding your favorite products to the home page screen, you can personalize your mobile app to anything you like and make changes to it from time to time.

Add or change your profile picture

  • Log in to Mobile Banking
  • On the home screen, tap  on the top left corner of the screen
  • Select the pen icon to edit the profile picture
    • Select Camera to take a photo from the phone's camera
    • Select Image Gallery to select a photo already taken
    • Select Remove to remove the existing profile picture

Your new profile picture will be displayed.

Add or change your profile nickname

  • Log in to Mobile Banking
  • On the home screen, tap on the top left corner of the screen
  • Select Nickname
  • Enter the new nickname and select Done

Your new profile nickname will be displayed.

Add or change your account nickname

  • Log in to Mobile Banking
  • On the home screen, tap Main Account
  • Select the details tab 
  • Under Account holder's name, tap edit icon on Nickname
  • Add or change the account nickname and tap Done

The nickname will be displayed on the home screen.

Change your preferred language

Choose one of the options below:

Through Profile and Settings

  • Log in to Mobile Banking
  • On the home screen, tap on the top left corner of the screen
  • Select Preferences and under Language preferences select Preferred communication language or App language
  • Select your language and Done

Through Services

  • Log in to Mobile Banking
  • On the home screen, tapon the top left corner of the screen
  • Select Apply for new service > Profile > Marketing language update or Marketing communication preference or search 'marketing' and select it from the search results
  • Tap Marketing language update to change the communication language, or Marketing communication preference for the option to change the Preferred communication language or App language
  • Select your language and Done

The preferred language will be changed instantly, however for changing the app language, the app will log you out and restart the app to load the newly selected language.

Make your phone a trusted device

  • Log in to Mobile Banking
  • On the home screen, tap  on the top left corner of the screen
  • Under Devices and History, tap Trusted device > Make Device Trusted
  • Scan the front and back side of your Emirates ID
  • Tap Continue to take a selfie
  • Enter your Smart Pass PIN*

Your request will be received and under progress. This process may take up to 5 to 7 minutes. You will be notified via SMS and email that your device is now trusted.

*Don’t know your Smart Pass PIN? Or have not yet registered for Smart Pass? Reset your PIN or register for Smart Pass now.

FAQs

I tried to make my device trusted but it’s not working. What should I do?

There are a few reasons why you are unsuccessful in trusting your device:

  • EIDA face and selfie is not matched
  • Scanning was not done on proper lighting
  • Your EIDA details don’t match with our bank records
  • Your DOB is not correct or matching with our bank records
