A Bank Reference Letter is an official document from the bank that shows your relationship with the bank. This letter is usually issued to embassies or universities with information such as your name, P.O. Box number, account number, IBAN and how long you’ve been with the bank.

You will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number once your letter is processed and ready to be collected.

To collect the letter, visit the Emirates NBD branch you requested before 2 pm with your Emirates ID or passport for identification.

You can request to include all or some of your accounts excluding credit cards, deposits and loans.

You will not be able to proceed with your request.
