How to redeem your Voyager Miles

100 Voyager Miles will be equivalent to AED 1 when you pay with miles for the Travel bookings done through the Voyager Travel Portal.

Log in to ENBD X
Select Voyager Credit Card
Click on your Voyager Miles Balance and you will be redirected to Voyager Travel Portal
Click on the preferred quick link to book Flights or book Hotels
Select the destination, search for travel options, and create an itinerary
The desired number of Miles or purchase value can be applied
Enter payment details & Confirm Booking
You will receive a confirmation email with the booking details

Is access to the Voyager Travel Portal needed in order for me to redeem my miles?

Yes, Redemption of Voyager Miles can only be done through the Voyager Travel Portal by logging in to your ENBD X mobile banking or online banking application.

Can I redeem my Voyager miles for cash?

No, Voyager Miles are not transferable and not exchangeable for cash.

Is there any minimum number of miles I need to hold to be eligible to make a redemption or transfer?

Yes, while cardholders require a minimum of 1,000 Voyager Miles to make a transfer to a partner Loyalty Program there is no minimum Miles requirement to redeem/Pay with Miles for the bookings done through Voyager Travel Portal.

Will my miles expire if I do not utilize them?

Yes, miles earned for a particular calendar month will expire after completion of 36 months (3 years) if not redeemed.
