How to redeem your points

Book your stay online, call or WhatsApp 800 DNATA (36282), or visit one of dnata’s 14 retail stores.

Online

After selecting your travel option, proceed to ‘Payment Method’.
Select dnata Points / Emirates NBD Plus Points.
Enter your card number.
A one-time password will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Check your dnata Points balance, click on ‘Use my points’ to redeem, and proceed with the booking.

Note: Once redeemed, your points are non-refundable. Any remaining balance of the booking price must be paid with your Emirates NBD credit card.

In-store or by phone

While making your booking, present the card you would like to use to redeem your Points.
Inform the store personnel that you would like to pay using your dnata Points and specify the number of points you wish to redeem.
Partial payment with dnata Points is accepted.
Once redeemed, your points are non-refundable.
