How to transfer money to ATM?
Congratulations! Once you complete transaction, a SMS will be sent to the beneficiary with a PIN code, which will be used while withdrawing money through the ATM. Once the SMS is received, the beneficiary can go to any Emirates NBD ATM to withdraw the transfer amount within 24 hours.
How to request money from your friend?
In order to use this feature, you need to complete your mePay configuration under Settings menu on your Emirates NBD Mobile Banking App.

To use this service, go to Transfers and simply click on 'New mePay Transfer' under Emirates NBD mePay menu, then tap on 'To ATM' and follow the instructions on the screen.
Customers need to go through the following steps at the ATM to initiate a mePay transfer:
If the beneficiary is an Emirates NBD customer and has already registered on mePay service, customer has the option to select between Transfer to Account and Transfer to ATM flow. Otherwise only Transfer to ATM will be available.
Customers can easily initiate Cardless Withdrawal (self-withdrawal) transaction through Emirates NBD Mobile Banking App. To initiate the transaction, customers should go to Transfers from the main menu and select Cardless Withdrawal under mePay section and follow the instructions on the screen.
