When you can replace your debit or credit card

You can contact us at any time for a replacement debit or credit card if your card is damaged, not working or has been captured by an ATM, and we’ll send you a new one immediately.

Is your card lost or stolen? Call us immediately, we’ll block it and you can request a replacement card on the same call.

Has your card expired? We issue replacement cards automatically, but if you don’t get yours, please get in touch and we’ll make sure you get your new card as soon as possible. Just call +971 600 54 0000 and when prompted, say ‘card renewal.’

You’ll also need to call and request a new card if you missed delivery of your card and it was returned to us by the courier company. 

 

Your replacement card will be delivered to you within 2 to 3 working days.

FAQs

When requesting for a card replacement through phone banking, if you are not PIN verified, our customer service agent will direct you to the card replacement option where you’ll be asked to enter your registered mobile number and PIN. Once you’re verified, your replacement card will be sent for processing. If you’ve forgotten your PIN, here’s how you can reset it.

If you don’t remember your PIN and can’t reset it, you can request for a replacement card by visiting an Emirates NBD branch. Bring your passport or Emirates ID so we can identify you and help with your request.

Yes, you can. You have to choose the option to block your card and then proceed with the replacement request.
If your card is due to expire in 6 months, you can request to have it renewed early free of cost by calling +971 600 54 000 and when prompted, say ‘card renewal’.
