The Emirates NBD Marriott Bonvoy^® World Elite Mastercard^® and Emirates NBD Marriott Bonvoy^® World Mastercard^® earns you Marriott Bonvoy Points on your everyday spends which you can redeem for hotel stays and room upgrades worldwide, free flights and VIP access to world-class experiences.

The points you earn on your daily purchases and retail spending is based on purchase categories as follows:

Domestic spends under the following categories earn points as follows:

Grocery and supermarkets, fast-food restaurants, insurance and car dealerships earn points at 25% of the domestic spend earning rate
Petroleum, transit, government services, utility payments, real estate, education and telecommunication payments earn points at 10% of the domestic spend earning rate

Spends originating in European Union countries and United Kingdom earn points at 50% of the international spend earning rate.

The maximum number of points you can earn in a credit card statement is equal to your credit card limit.

The points you earn on spends will reflect on your credit card and then be transferred to your Marriott Bonvoy membership account as below:

Domestic and International spend points will be transferred within 1 – 2 weeks after your credit card statement date
Points earned for spends at hotels participating in Marriot Bonvoy will be transferred within 4 – 6 weeks after your transaction date

FAQs

Since the earning rate is based on per USD spent, what conversion rate is applied when calculating this?

We use a fixed conversion rate of US$1 = AED 3.672.

I have multiple Marriott Bonvoy accounts. Which account will my points be transferred to?

Your Points will be credited to the Marriott Bonvoy Account you have provided us during your card application process. If you want to change this account, follow the steps mentioned here.

How long will my Marriott Bonvoy Points be valid for?

What happens to the points earned on my supplementary credit card?

Points earned on your supplementary credit card will be transferred to the Marriott Bonvoy membership account of the primary credit card.

Will I lose the rewards I have earned if my card is replaced?

No, you won't lose your rewards. They'll just be transferred to your new Emirates NBD card.
