Easy Reference for my top transactions:
ACCOUNT
To open an account, visit any Emirates NBD Branch with your passport (with UAE residency visa), Emirates ID and a salary certificate. Your account will be opened in up to 2 working days.
Change your registered address by visiting any Emirates NBD Branch. You will be requested to fill in an Address Change Form and present original passport or Emirates ID. This change will require 2 working days to process.
Instantly update your registered
P. O. Box or email by logging in online or through our Mobile Banking App.
Instantly update your registered mobile number via our ATMs with your debit card.
Set standing orders (account to account transfers) via Online Banking instantly. You can also visit our branch to fill out a Standing Order Form and present original passport or Emirates ID. Your request will take up to 2 working days to process.
View your account balance or statements
instantly via your Online or Mobile Banking, or Text2Call by sending an SMS to '4459’
CHEQUES
Request a new cheque book via your Online or Mobile Banking, or ATM, or call 600 54 0000 and ask EVA to “get new cheque book”. We will deliver it to you within 3 working days.
Address your cheque clearance related challenges to us at 600 54 0000. You will be requested to provide the cheque number, amount and date of transaction. We will update you on the status of your query within 2 working days.
DEBIT CARDS AND CREDIT CARDS
Block and unblock your Debit or Credit Card instantly via our Mobile Banking App.
Pay your credit card instantly by calling 600 54 0000 and ask EVA to “make your credit card payment”.
Set up or change your direct debit to make credit card payments automatically through your Online or Mobile Banking, or call 600 54 0000 and ask EVA to help you out with “your direct debit”.
Change your payment due date or your credit card statement due date by calling 600 54 0000 and ask EVA to “change your credit card payment due date”.
In case your debit or credit card does not work or you are not receiving your transactions through SMS regularly, call600 54 0000.
Settle your credit card payments via Online or Mobile Banking App instantly.
In case you are not receiving an authorization code through SMS for an initiated transaction in time, which is dependent on telecom operators, apply for Smart Pass through Mobile Banking App.
OUTWARD REMITTANCE/DIRECT REMIT

In case we need additional information about your remittance, we will proactively get in touch with you.
If your remittance was not processed within 24 hours of the value date, please call 600 54 0000.
ATM
If upon cash withdrawal or deposit at our ATM your funds were not dispatched or credited to the account, call 600 54 0000 and ask EVA to help you with your “cash withdrawal issue”.
Please keep your transaction machine receipt for easy reference. In case receipt is not available, advise us on the specific machine location.
