People with disabilities and their inclusion in the workplace are no longer absent from the business agenda. Disability inclusion now features in many policies and is fast gaining momentum in business strategies. Including people with disabilities and accommodating their disability-related needs are important moves for companies in terms of talent resourcing and social responsibility as well as compliance with national legislation. Managers are well aware of the importance of disability inclusion for their business' success, but might still have questions on how initiatives can be implemented successfully. How do they get started effectively? How can initiatives be improved?
In partnership with Manzil and the Community Development Authority, Emirates NBD launched the #TogetherLimitless Careers Network to help hire and onboard employees with disabilities free of cost.

#TogetherLimitless Careers Network is a programme to advocate for the inclusion of people with cognitive disabilities and will address the following:
Meet with us to learn about the programme in detail
Schedule a 90 minute Basic Workplace Inclusion Workshop for your senior leadership and HR professionals (free of cost)
Provide job description(s) of your required needs for job carving and review
Interview 3-5 candidates from the Careers Network database
Careers Network onboarding assistance and job coaching

According to the United Nations, more than one billion people in the world live with some form of disability. In the years ahead, disability in the UAE will be an even greater concern as its prevalence is on the rise.
The #TogetherLimitless Careers Network is built on the foundation to assist employers in enhancing their ability for workplace inclusion so that they do not miss out on the best talent in the world, no matter what their abilities.
For people with cognitive disabilities, the greatest barriers and inequalities in the workplace are finding opportunities and developing integration plans. The Careers Network offers job coaching for the hired candidate free of charge* to the employer. Job coaching not only helps the candidate with a disability but also assists their supervisors and colleagues in bettering their communication and management skills.
*Up to 3 months depending on the individuals's assessment

Supported through placement process (i.e. interviews, job coaching)
