Choose your benefits carefully as both premium and boutique benefits can only be changed after 12 months.

How is the Visa Flexi Platinum Credit Card different from the Platinum Credit Card?

The Emirates NBD Visa Flexi Credit Card gives you the option of customizing your card with any 6 of the 14 benefits through the Visa portal. Some of these benefits are not available on the platinum credit card.

Is there a spend criteria to access the benefits on my Visa Flexi card?

Yes, if your average spend in the last 3 months is below AED 5,000, you’ll be charged AED 99 per service availed on the card.

Is there anything else I need to know about my Visa Flexi Credit Card benefits?
