Change the frequency of your account statement

Before you start

  • You can change the frequency of your current or savings account statement only. You can’t do this for fixed deposits and Smart Saver account statement.
  • You’ll be asked security questions so we can make sure that it’s you. Be prepared with your account number and registered mobile number.
  • Your request will be processed within 3 working days. Once done, you will receive an SMS with the request details on your registered mobile number.
