I never thought I’d become an Agile Coach after starting my career as a Software Engineer. But I love seeing people really improve their performance and coaching is such a critical part of how Agile is undertaken at Emirates NBD too.
I coach a lot of people who are new to Agile. Emirates NBD transitioned to the Agile methodology back in 2018 and that journey continues today. If someone is new to Agile, I’ll spend time explaining our Agile roles and responsibilities, ways of working, and our agile principles.
I completed a leadership course with Hult recently and it was transformational. Emirates NBD is excellent when it comes to learning and professional development opportunities. We’re constantly encouraged to build our technical and leadership knowledge, and digitally upskill. That way we’re always prepared for the future of banking and work.
I love traveling within the UAE and abroad. But midweek, you’ll find me creating content for my Agile Instagram account or reading self-help books so I’m always continuously improving myself.
