You’ll be asked security questions so we can make sure that it’s you. Be prepared with your card details and registered mobile number.
You’ll need a copy of the applicant’s passport and Emirates ID for UAE resident applicants, or a copy of the passport only for non-UAE residents. You’ll also be asked to confirm the supplementary card applicant’s age above 12 years old and email address.
Your application will be processed within 10 working days. Once approved, your card will be delivered to you in 3 to 5 working days.
Additional details and documentation might be required due to internal bank policy.
