You’ll be asked security questions, so we can make sure that it’s you. Be prepared with your card details and registered mobile number.
You’ll need a copy of the applicant’s passport and Emirates ID for the UAE resident applicants, or a copy of the passport only for non-UAE residents. You’ll also be asked to confirm the supplementary card applicant’s age above 12 years old and email address.
Your supplementary credit card application will be processed within 3 to 5 working days, subject to meeting all documentation requirements and bank’s norms. Once your application is accepted, your card will be delivered to you in 3 to 5 working days. International deliveries will be subject to the location of the destination and will incur delivery charges.
