Important information to note before you start:
- Personal and auto loan: If you choose to defer your auto or personal loan instalment, the final instalment amount may be higher than the other instalments in your repayment schedule.
- The loan tenure may be extended in line with the deferment, as outlined in your loan agreement.
- Home loan: For home loan, deferment of the first installment is not applicable. Interest will continue to apply on the deferred installment, and the loan tenure may be extended by one month.
- This service under the Deferral Relief Programme is free of charge.
- Once your request is submitted, it will be processed within 7 working days. Upon completion of your request, you will receive an SMS confirmation on your registered mobile number
- Please have your account or loan number ready for verification.
