Business Debit Card Dining Campaign - Terms and Conditions

Qualifying Card

This promotion is open to:

Select Base of Visa Business Debit card holders who have been communicated about the campaign through email or SMS or other bank channels.
Customers who wish to participate in the campaign must mandatorily opt in via the link provided in the communication.

Enrollment rights are reserved and solely determined by the bank.

Qualifying Spends

All purchases made at dining/restaurant/fast food outlets using the Business Debit Card will be eligible for the campaign.
Transactions on the Card in the form of cash withdrawal, reversals, refunds, disputed purchases, Bank levied charges and payment/credits on the Card during the promotion period will be excluded from the qualifying spends.
Transactions on the Card done online or via apps such as Talabat, Deliveroo, etc. will be excluded from the qualifying spends.
Customers must opt in using the link provided in the communication to be eligible to participate in the campaign.
Customers need to achieve the spend threshold as per communication sent to them, during the promotion period to be eligible for the reward.

Minimum Spend & Prizes

Minimum spend to qualify for the campaign is AED 10,000 on dining during the campaign period.
The top 100 highest-spending customers who have opted in and qualified will be awarded AED 750 in the form of cashback to the eligible Primary Debit Card.
First 100 customers will be rewarded within 60 days of the end date of campaign period.
Cashback cannot be exchanged or transferred by the bank to any other party.

General Terms:

The top 100 highest-spending customers who achieve the threshold assigned will qualify for the rewards.
The eligible customers will be intimated directly by Emirates NBD within a period of 60 days from the campaign completion date through email/SMS.
The rewards in the form of cashback will be credited to the eligible Primary debit card within 60 days of the campaign end date.
Emirates NBD reserves the right to use the names of the eligible customers in the bank collaterals, SMS, EDM, websites, social media, etc.
Any dispute with respect to what constitutes an eligible spend will not be entertained.
Emirates NBD reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to the program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
These terms and condition are governed by the laws of UAE and subject to non-exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.
