Receive an SMS for any transaction you perform on any ATM

Receive an SMS advising you on the available balance in your account or credit card at the frequency and time that you prefer.

Receive an SMS alert for any cheques you issued that are returned upaid

Access the summary of all accounts under your customer number along with the currency and account description.
Simply key in: SXXXXXXXXXXX (AS stands for Account Summary and your 11-digit account number) and send to 4455
Example of Message Format
"The Summary of A/C 021-XXX11XXX-01 AED 8002.1+ 021-XXX11XXX-01 AED 49904-"
View the present available balance of any account type (Current Account, Savings Account, Special Current Account, Currency Passport Savings Account, Fixed Deposits, Call Account, Plan A/c) along with the currency and the debit/ credit status.
Simply key in: ABXXXXXXXXXXXXX (AB stands for Available Balance and either your 11-digit account number of 16-digit Fixed Deposit account number) and send to 4455.
Example of Message Format
"AED 1,000.00 is Available Balance for your account 021-XXX11XXX-01"
Access basic credit card details, such as total credit limit, available credit, and present balance.
Simply key in: CDXXXXX (CD stands for card details and the LAST 5 digits of the credit card number)
Example of Message Format
"Credit Card you have specified, Credit limit is AED 10,000.00+ available credit is AED 9,998.50+ Present Balance is AED 1.50+"
View payment details of your credit card, including minimum payment due and payment due date information.
Simply key in: PDXXXXX (PD stands for Payment Details and the LAST 5 digits of the credit card number)
Example of Message Format
"Credit Card you have specified, Minimum Payment due is AED 0.00+ Payment due date is 22Jan03"
This function will enable you to view the savings account interest rate for all of the three major currencies (GBP, USD, EUR)
Simply key in: CPSA then send to 4455.
Example of Message Format
"Interest rates for CPSA A/Cs are: GBP 2.875 USD 3.625 EUR 2.875"
Get information on the buying and selling rate for any of the 23 foreign currencies listed below, against AED.
Simply key in: FXzzz FXzzz (The zzz stands for the currency code required; for US dollars, it's USD. Following is a list of codes for the available currencies.)
Available Currencies: AUD, BHD, BDT, CAD, LKR, INR, JPY, JOD, KWD, OMR, NOK, PKR, QAR, SAR, SGD, SEK, CHF, GBP, USD, EUR, NZD, DKK, HKD.
Example of Message Format
"As per your request, the USD rate against AED is: Buy rate 3.653 Sell rate 3.685"
This function enables the user to view the fixed deposit rates for any of the following 8 currencies: AUD, CAD, JPY, CHF, AED, GBP, USD, EUR. Rates will be displayed against each period code.
Simply key in: FDzzz (The zzz stands for the currency code required)
Example of Message Format
"FD interest rates for USD are: 1 month 0.7500 3 months 0.7500 6 months 0.7500 12 months 0.8750"
Get information on the last 4 transactions of your account, including the date, description, amount and debit/credit status of each transaction.
Simply key in: MASXXXXXXXXXXXXX (MAS stands for Mini Account Statement followed by your 13-digit account number or 16-digit Fixed Deposit account number)
