In line with our efforts to provide you with an enhanced banking experience, we are in the process of upgrading our e-Statements system. Due to this upgrade, effective 28th August, 2017 the email address for sending accounts e-Statements and Transfer/Fixed Deposit e-advices will be changed from firstname.lastname@example.org to email@example.com
Further to messages sent earlier, customers receiving physical statements will now receive only e-statements. You can also view and download your statements through our Online Banking portal.
The e-statements are sent to your registered email address with Emirates NBD. If you would like to check or update your email address, you can click here to login to online banking, visit your nearest Emirates NBD ATM.
