To start using Smart Pass, you need to activate Smart Pass on your mobile device. For activation, log in your Emirates NBD Mobile Banking App. You will see a message related to Smart Pass activation on the top of your screen. Tap on that message and follow the instructions on the screen to use Smart Pass.
Furthermore, please ensure that "Date & Time" settings on your mobile phone are selected to "Automatic" while activating Smart Pass.
